Check
The check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and the check-out time is at noon on the day of departure.
Booking regulations
- Booking can be performed by phone, fax, e-mail or by completing a form on the website www.villapodroza.eu .
- Booking is performed in person and possibly by the firm which will make a payment.
- Booking is considered as confirmed after the payment of the agreed-upon payment on the bank account of the Villa for the stay.
- Simultaneously the payment of the deposit to the account and consequently the execution of the efficient booking means the confirmation of the acceptance of the booking included in the regulations by the person making the reservation.
- The confirmed reservation and then not using the whole of the stay in compliance with the booking means that the guest is charged 50% of the unused hotel service value of (bed and breakfast).
- Failure to pay the deposit to the bank account within 5 business days causes an automatic annulment of the reservation.
- The deposit for a reservation is irreclaimable.
- A guest's nonappearance in the Villa by 6:00 o'clock a.m. of the next day (arrival on the next day) is tantamount to his/her resignation from the stay, unless the guest did not inform the reception desk before (for reservations with a deposit).
- A guest's nonappearance in the Villa by 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the day of the arrival is tantamount to the annulment of his/her reservation and the possibility of the hiring a room to another guest (for reservations without a deposit), unless agreed otherwise.
